Do I need tools or a plumber?

I live in a rental. Do I need my landlord's permission?

What condition does the product need to be in?

Showerheads (Cleansii Flow and Cleansii Handheld) can be returned within 30 days, even after use. The whole point of our 30-day guarantee is for you to try it and see if it works for you. The product should be in reasonable condition with all original parts included. Used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unused replacement filters in their original sealed packaging can still be returned within 30 days.

How long does a refund take?
