1. Free worldwide shipping

Cleansii offers free shipping on every order, no matter where you are in the world. There is no minimum order value. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

2. Order processing and fulfillment

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed through Shopify Payments. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our fulfillment process:

  • Payment confirmation: your payment is securely processed via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). You receive an order confirmation email immediately.
  • Order processing: we prepare and package your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipment: once your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking: every order ships with full end-to-end tracking. You can monitor your package from our warehouse to your door.

We fulfill all orders ourselves from our warehouse. We do not use dropshipping. Every product is quality-checked before it leaves our facility.

3. Shipping times

Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment (not the date of order). Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. During peak periods (holidays, promotional events) or due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs delays, carrier issues), delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience in these cases.

4. Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Tracking details:

  • Tracking numbers are uploaded to your Shopify order and sent to you via email within 1-2 business days of placing your order
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on cleansii.com or by replying to your order confirmation email
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier
  • All tracking information is synced with your Shopify order for full transparency

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at hello@cleansii.com and we'll look into it immediately.

5. Import duties and taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country's customs authority may charge import duties, customs fees or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Cleansii is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country
  • These charges vary by country and are outside of our control
  • We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing your order if you are unsure about potential charges
  • As required by international shipping regulations, we accurately declare the contents and value of all packages on customs forms

6. Order modifications

If you need to make any changes to your order (shipping address, product selection, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cleansii.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after your order has been placed.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped
  • Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications
  • Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing checkout to avoid any issues

7. Failed deliveries

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including your full name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, postal code and phone number. Incomplete or incorrect address information may result in delivery failure.

7.1 Undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered (incorrect address, unclaimed at pickup point, refused at delivery), we will contact you to arrange a replacement shipment. Please note:

  • We will contact you via the email address provided at checkout to confirm the correct shipping address
  • A re-shipping fee may apply depending on the circumstances
  • If the failed delivery was due to an error on our part, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost

7.2 Lost packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date:

  • Check with neighbors and your local postal facility first
  • Contact us at hello@cleansii.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice

8. Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cleansii.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and/or product
  • A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. P.O. boxes and military addresses

We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times. If you have specific concerns about shipping to a military or P.O. box address, please contact us before placing your order.

10. Our fulfillment guarantee

Cleansii is committed to reliable, transparent fulfillment on every order:

  • All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We hold inventory internationally and ship every order promptly.
  • Every order includes tracked shipping. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and synced with your Shopify order record.
  • We ship physical products only. Cleansii sells shower filters and replacement cartridges. Every order contains a tangible product that is packaged and shipped from our warehouse.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. Showerheads (Cleansii Flow and Cleansii Handheld) can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, even after use. Used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
  • Responsive customer support. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days at hello@cleansii.com. If you have any issue with your order, we will resolve it.
  • No subscriptions, no auto-renewals. Every purchase is a one-time transaction. We never charge you again without your explicit action.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We resolve all customer issues quickly and fairly, and a simple email to hello@cleansii.com is often the fastest way to get a refund, replacement or answer to your question.
