These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

4. Products and services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

5. Pricing, payments and billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change.

5.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). By placing an order, you agree that:

• Your payment information is processed exclusively by Shopify Payments in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards
• We never store, access or log your full credit card number, CVV or sensitive payment credentials
• All transactions are encrypted end-to-end using SSL/TLS encryption
• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees and duties

5.3 Billing accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5.4 Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

5.5 No subscriptions

Cleansii does not offer automatic subscriptions, recurring billing or auto-renewal programs. Every purchase on our Site is a one-time transaction. When you need replacement filters, you simply place a new order at your convenience. There are no surprise charges.

6. International shipping, taxes and duties

Cleansii ships to customers worldwide. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Shipping times: delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on all orders.
• Import duties and taxes: orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
• Customs declarations: as required by international shipping regulations, we will accurately declare the contents and value of your package on customs forms.
• Delivery delays: while we ship all orders within 24 hours, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier conditions or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments: if a package is refused at customs or returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Return and refund policy

7.1 30-Day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Cleansii showerheads (Cleansii Flow and Cleansii Handheld). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even after use. The product should be in reasonable condition with all original parts.

7.2 Return conditions

• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cleansii.com with your order number
• Showerheads can be returned within 30 days of delivery, even after use
• Used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Unused replacement filter cartridges can be returned within 30 days in their original sealed packaging
• Original packaging is preferred but not required for showerhead returns
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns
• We cover return shipping for damaged or defective products
• We will provide you with return shipping instructions upon approval of your return request

7.3 Refund processing

• Refunds are processed through the original payment method via Shopify Payments
• Once we receive your returned product (or approve a refund without return where applicable), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

7.4 Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cleansii.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product designs, photography and software, is the property of Cleansii or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as viewing products and placing orders.

The Cleansii name, logo and all related product names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of Cleansii. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

9. User content and submissions

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, reviews or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise (collectively, "submissions"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any submissions that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any submissions in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any submissions; or (3) to respond to any submissions.

You agree that your submissions will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your submissions will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any malicious code that could affect the operation of the Service.

10. Third-party links and tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites over which we have no control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools and links "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or websites. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk. Please review carefully the third party's policies and practices before engaging in any transaction.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity

If your order is flagged for review, our team will verify it promptly and may contact you for additional verification. These measures exist to protect you as a customer and are not intended to cause inconvenience.

14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

In no case shall Cleansii, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cleansii and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.
