How long do I have to return my order?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is your responsibility. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we cover all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees on any return.

Can I return a used product?

Showerheads (Cleansii Flow and Handheld) can be returned within 30 days, even after use. The product should be in reasonable condition with all original parts. Used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unused replacement filters can still be returned within 30 days.

How long does the refund take?
