We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Cleansii purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Our 30-day guarantee starts from the date your order is delivered, not the date of purchase. This gives you enough time to test the product and see results.
2. How to request a return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@cleansii.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the instructions provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
3. Return conditions
Showerheads (Cleansii Flow and Handheld)
Showerheads can be returned within 30 days of delivery, even after use. To be eligible:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- The product should be in reasonable condition with all original parts
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- You must provide your order number or the email address used at checkout
Replacement filter cartridges
Replacement filter cartridges can only be returned if they are unused and in their original sealed packaging. Used replacement filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Items that cannot be returned
- Used replacement filter cartridges (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request
4. Refund processing
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

All refunds are processed through Shopify Payments to your original payment method. We do not issue refunds via alternative methods (cash, check, crypto, etc.). This ensures full traceability and security for both parties.
5. Shipping costs for returns
- Standard returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Damaged or defective products: we cover all return shipping costs
- Wrong product sent: we cover all return shipping costs and send the correct product immediately
There are no restocking fees on any return.
6. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cleansii.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer you a choice of:
- Free replacement: we ship a new product at no cost to you
- Full refund: processed within 5-7 business days
In most cases, we do not require you to return the damaged product.
7. Order cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at hello@cleansii.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- Before shipment: full refund, processed within 3-5 business days
- After shipment: the order cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our 30-day guarantee once delivered
8. Payment methods and billing
All transactions on cleansii.com are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We accept:
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
8.1 Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If your local currency differs from the checkout currency, your bank may apply a conversion fee. This fee is determined by your bank and is outside our control.
8.2 Payment security
- All payment data is encrypted end-to-end using SSL/TLS encryption
- Shopify Payments is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security
- We never store, access or log your full credit card number, CVV or expiration date
- Every transaction is monitored for fraud through Shopify's built-in fraud analysis
8.3 No subscriptions, no recurring charges
Cleansii does not operate any subscription, auto-renewal or recurring billing programs. Every purchase on our site is a one-time transaction. You will never be charged again without placing a new order yourself. There are no surprise charges.
8.4 Order confirmation
After a successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email includes your order number, items purchased, total amount charged and estimated delivery date. Please keep this email for your records.
8.5 Taxes
Applicable taxes are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. Tax rates may vary depending on your location. For international orders, additional import duties or local taxes may be charged by your customs authority upon delivery (see our Shipping Policy for details).
9. Dispute resolution
We want every customer to have a positive experience. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at hello@cleansii.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
